You are what you eat.

The nation is okay with the mentality to take a pill to fix an ill.

I’ve started eating only raw foods… Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Yogurt and Fish (not raw)

80% of food loses it’s nutritional value when you cook it. I’m going to eat a shit ton of good food all the time, and less garbage… And then work out, meditate and get enough sleep. This is my combat method against depression.
