They say - What are you, digging a hole to china?
So I used this map thingy… And I found out that only people in Africa (ooor South America… They both look the same) (Yes, I’m joking) can in fact dig a hole to China. If I dug a hole straight down (barring the fact that I would eventually give up/burn in a firey pit of magma) I would end up in the ocean…. just short of Australia.

I’ve started eating only raw foods… Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Yogurt and Fish (not raw)
80% of food loses it’s nutritional value when you cook it. I’m going to eat a shit ton of good food all the time, and less garbage… And then work out, meditate and get enough sleep. This is my combat method against depression.

I love how Christians suddenly become wishy-washy liberals when these parts of the Bible come up.
Yeah and then they claim that we should base our morality on the Bible and ask where atheists get our morality from.
My question is if morality comes from god and the Bible is how he communicated that morality to us, what moral principles are we mere mortals supposed to use to determine which parts of the Bible to ignore?
Slavery is bad because it’s bad, not because the Bible says it’s bad. In fact the Bible is totally cool with slavery.
Misogyny is bad because it’s bad, not because the Bible says it’s bad. In fact the Bible is totally cool with mysogyny.
Genocide is bad because it’s bad, not because the Bible says it’s bad. In fact god ordered numerous horrific genocides.
Human sacrifice is bad because it’s bad, not because the Bible says it’s bad. Ever read the story of Jephthah? (Judges 11:31-39)

Reblogging this for the guy I work with who started trying to claim the Koran was a terrible text full of hate and murder. He looked so confused when I told him his mix of fibers(clothes) meant he should be stoned.
If God was real he would be a horrendous arsehole.
The last one is my favorite.
